Brandon Miller & Louisiana Inferno Band

Cajun multi-genre band! Louisiana Inferno is a hard-hitting, in-your-face Cajun combo. Their diverse backgrounds, from deep-roots Cajun and Zydeco to full-on Rock, Blues, and Funk, make this high-energy outfit a musical inferno! Louisiana Inferno is: Brandon Miller: Band leader, vocalist and accordion master Brandon's musical legacy has all of the roots to stay true to the Cajun tradition even as he knocks down musical barricades with a modern approach to a genre that runs deep in his heart and in his blood. But his instrumental virtuosity is only part of the story; Brandon is also known for having one of the sweetest voices in the state of Louisiana. The journey started early, and Brandon was blessed to grow up playing with some of the greatest names in Cajun Music; now he's bringing that wealth of experience and dedication to the front line. Cranston "Paran" Clements: Cranston plays with electricity like no one in his genre. (Literally! Look at his pedalboard!) He is one of New Orleans' most popular and sought-after guitar players, having performed, recorded and toured with a long list of the city's musical elite. He merges fiery riffs with touch, tone and perfect intonation. Listen in on any discussion of Louisiana's top guitarists and you're going to hear his name! Chris Senac: Prepare to be stunned by the dynamic force that Chris unleashes at EVERY performance. Injecting grunge-gutterpunk energy seasoned with jazz and hip-hop grooves into the Inferno's Cajun recipe, Chris simply plays like it's his last day on earth. His driving bass lines and burning solos make him a force to be reckoned with. His love of music is equalled only by his love of the fans who come to party with the band! Brian Brignac: Few drummers reach the level of Groove Master in even one style; Brian has mastered the Groove across the board, putting him on the "A-List" for sessions and tours with a host of Louisiana legends in multiple genres. His open-minded "team" approach brings all the ingredients together and turns up the heat. With chops that are as solid as steel, his musical compadres have rightly dubbed him the Little Hammer! Louisiana Cajun and Zydeco Music's top stars all know: This guy puts the grooves where they need to be. No questions asked, grooves welcomed! Louisiana Inferno brings a new approach never before heard in their genre. They set the stage on fire night after night. So, ask yourself: Can you handle the heat?

The Jones Sisters

The Jones Sisters, the daughters of Devin and Genesa H. Jones, are a group of young ladies from Marrero, Louisiana, the West bank of New Orleans. Born with the gift of music, Kayla, Kiera, Dalia, and Dejon, has been singing since before they could say their alphabets. They are all highly disciplined students and are active in church activities, such as, Sunday School, the Sunshine Band, the choir, and many others. It started when they were infants listening to their parents sing and play music at home and in church. Both parents are active in church with the mother being the choir director and the father being a musician. They would match tones perfectly with her parents as babies. Their parents realized the gift and began to nurture it. All the parts were there to form a group with soprano, alto, and tenor harmonies. Other musical gifts were displayed when Kiera began to play piano. She played so well that she became the musician for The Jones Sisters. Their very first concert performance was opening for Kierra “KiKi” Sheard. Their ages were 8, 6, 3, and 2 at that time. They sang and Kiera played Mary Mary’s hit song “Heaven”. Since then, they have sung at many churches, schools, festivals, and other community events. They were also featured guests at a local news station. The Jones Sisters have traveled across the country singing the gospel and using their God given gift. Their parents declare that they are good kids who need little discipline when it comes to singing, because it is in their hearts. They have been influenced by many artists in the gospel industry, including generations of family members before them. Their favorite artists are The Clark Sisters, Mary Mary, Kirk Franklin, and Take 6. If anybody would ask them “who are you singing for?” their reply would be, “I am singing for God”. On May 1, 2010 they released their very first CD single entitled “O’ Give Thanks”, which is currently playing on the radio. On December 9, 2011, they recorded their first full CD project entitled “Not Ashamed.” Let’s see where God takes them next. To God, be the glory!

Vernell Payton Jr.

Many may recognize the soulful voice of this Season 3 BET’s “Sunday Best” contestant, but they have yet to see how this contender has improved over the years. This year, 2013, is a time full of breaking boundaries, as this talented artist allows God to use him and his voice to reach out and encourage people with gospel music. This New Orleans native has managed to salvage his style and sound, and he can’t wait to reveal his new project with the release of his first album next month. Vernell Payton Jr. has a unique voice that demands the attention from its listeners because of its captivating love for Christ. At the age of 10, Vernell realized his vocation was to share the gospel of Christ through singing. He first exposed his impeccable gift at Bradley Elementary School in New Orleans. At that moment Vernell then began to embrace and exercise his musical capability to congregations across the Greater New Orleans area. Since then, Payton has achieved many things. Payton is a licensed minister and an active praise team leader at Beacon Light Missionary Baptist Church with Bishop Darryl S. Brister in New Orleans, La. Besides being a wonderful father to his son, David V.C. Payton III, Vernell has opened for Brian Courtney Wilson, Mathew Knowles’ Music World artist, and ministered before thousands of God’s people during the Louisiana Southern Berith District Conference of the Full Gospel Baptist Church Fellowship International. Moreover, he is still in high demand for preaching engagements. Many describe Vernell as a dynamic, charismatic preacher with an anointing that is sure to impact a hurting world. Not to mention, Vernell remains one of the most familiar voices to Southeastern Louisiana as he continues to guide an immeasurable amount of people to God's call with his anointing. “I would have to say that my biggest influencers are Donnie McClurkin, Marvin Sapp Kim Burrell and Smokie Norful.” Vernell also has aspirations of inspiring others not only with singing, but also by writing music. Of course God’s glory does not end there because Vernell believes that God has called him to write a book. His upcoming book is entitled I Believe.
